Lysine supplementation gives stronger bones

84 children from 6-12 years old were measured for skeletal bones density before and after Lysine supplementation of the same basic diet for a period of 5 and a half months. The skeletal density range increased statistically significantly in the Lysine-supplemented group, while there were no comparable increases in the control group. The addition of Lysine to the diet affected positively growth and bones density. Pharmaton® Kiddi® contains Lysine, together with vitamins and minerals.
